The project consists of four new structures for US-40 near Deer Valley Resort in the scenic mountains between Heber and Park City. Climate conditions were closely analyzed due to the relatively warm summers and cold winters for the area. In addition, the Wasatch fault zone is located about 18 miles from the site and the area has undergone various periods of volcanic activity. RB&G provided materials testing and geotechnical design for the single-span bridges just west of Jordanelle Reservoir.
Location: Wasatch County, Utah
