American Fork Street Improvements
The project consisted of two phases and featured over 4500 ft of roadway widening, storm drainage, water and culinary lines, decorative street lighting, utility protections, relocations, sidewalk and trail, bike lanes, and traffic signals. RB&G evaluated pavement conditions, summarized distress levels, and recommended additional soil investigation for selected projects of the City. The wide range of services also included geotechnical investigations and testing and reports, including pavement rehabilitation or reconstruction strategies and proposed new pavement sections. The full design of select street improvements involved improved drainage, curb and gutter additions, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and other related features to package as part of a greater project for when funding became available.
