The goal of Lehi City was to investigate alternatives to conventional complete pavement section reconstruction which would include removing and replacing 12 inches of fill below the original base gravel layer. RB&G Engineering provided preconstruction engineering, construction document preparation, and supplemental intermittent construction phase services.
